The app

MoveMyCode sends nothing to MoveMyWork. It has no account, no analytics, no crash reporting and no launch ping. It does not check for updates. Your folder, your prompts and what the agents write stay on your computer.

The agents you run inside it are separate programs made by other companies. Each one talks to its own provider under its own terms: Claude Code to Anthropic, Codex to OpenAI, Antigravity to Google, and so on. What they send is between you and them. MoveMyCode does not see it and does not add to it.

Dictation uses a speech model that ships inside the app and runs on your machine. Audio never leaves it. If you choose a cloud transcription provider in Settings, audio goes to that provider and no further.

This website

We record three things, all of them because you asked us to do something:

• A question you send through the Ask page, with the email you gave for the reply. We keep it until it is answered and for a while after, so we can see what people get stuck on.
• An email address you leave on the pricing page. It gets one message if pricing changes or a big version ships. You can ask us to delete it any time.
• A count of downloads, by version and day. We store a hashed form of your network address with each row to stop one machine counting as a thousand. The hash cannot be turned back into the address.

The web server keeps ordinary access logs for a few weeks. There are no analytics scripts and no advertising cookies. The site sets one cookie, a session id, so the forms can tell a real submission from a replayed one.
